Freshmore Food

Golden A' Design Award Winner 2024

Scanning this vertical composition from back to front, listeners will encounter a food product presentation featuring fresh mushrooms emerging from a fabric pouch against a solid background. The backdrop presents as a soft sage green, carrying the cool freshness of eucalyptus leaves or early spring growth, filling the entire field behind the central subject. Positioned at center and occupying approximately two-thirds of the image height stands a drawstring pouch crafted from natural linen or hemp fabric in warm cream tones suggesting unbleached cotton or raw flax. The pouch displays a softly gathered top with visible rope drawstrings in matching natural fiber that drape casually along either side, their twisted construction creating subtle tactile interest like thin braided cord one might feel between fingertips. Printed upon the fabric surface appears a simple line illustration of mushrooms in dark gray ink, accompanied by text characters arranged vertically along the right edge. Emerging triumphantly from the pouch opening rises a magnificent cluster of white mushrooms, their forms suggesting fresh shimeji or similar cultivated varieties. The mushroom caps present as small rounded domes in pale ivory to warm cream, smooth as polished river stones, clustered together in overlapping abundance numbering perhaps forty or fifty individual fruiting bodies. Their slender stems extend downward in pale cream to white, gathered together like a delicate bouquet, with the clustered base disappearing into the pouch interior. Soft, even lighting from above and slightly left creates gentle shadows beneath the mushroom caps and along the fabric folds, suggesting the diffused illumination of an overcast day rather than harsh direct sun. The overall impression communicates freshness, naturalness, and appealing simplicity, with textures ranging from the smooth coolness of mushroom surfaces to the slight roughness of woven cloth.

This project a raw class of edible mushrooms (crab mushroom, white jade mushroom), the project comprehensive market requirements for appearance, freshness, taste, nutrition, period, cost, easy to operate, easy to automate, a lot of design hybridization combination, a lot of testing of new strains, using a vigorous out of miracle approach to screening, matching. The whole research and development aims to maintain the taste of this food, healthy ingredients, while upholding the concept of sustainable development.
